INFORMATION SHEET: PACKAGE TOUR

The set of travel services offered to you constitutes a package within the meaning of Directive  (EU) 2015/2302.

Therefore, you have all the rights that a traveler has under EU law in the case of a package travel.  The undertaking MN Projekt Partner OÜ is fully responsible for the proper provision of the  services of the package travel as a whole. In addition, the undertaking MN Projekt Partner OÜ is  required by law to have a guarantee to pay back the payments you have made if it is unable to  meet its obligations due to insolvency and, if the package travel includes traveler transport, to  ensure your return journey to the place of departure or another agreed place.

Key Traveler Rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302:

1. The traveler receives all important information about the package travel before  concluding the package travel contract.

2. At least one economic operator is always responsible for the proper provision of all travel  services included in the contract.

3. MN Projekt Partner OÜ’s 24-hour emergency number is +372 55 685 704.

4. The traveler may transfer the package tour to another person within a reasonable period  of time, subject to notification and a possible additional fee.

5. The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs increase (for example, a  fuel surcharge) and if this is expressly stated in the contract and in any case no later than  20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds eight percent of the  cost of the package, the traveler may withdraw from the contract. If the tour operator

reserves the right to increase the price of the package, the traveler is entitled to a  reduction in the price of the package if the relevant costs decrease.

6. The traveler may withdraw from the contract without compensation and receive a full  refund of all amounts paid if a significant part of the package travel is significantly  modified other than the travel fee. If the package travel is cancelled by the operator  responsible for the package travel before the start of the package travel, the traveler is  entitled to a refund and, where appropriate, compensation.

7. The traveler may withdraw from the contract before the start of the package tour without  paying compensation in exceptional cases, for example if there are serious security  problems at the destination that may affect the package tour.

8. In addition, the traveler may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of  the package travel, paying appropriate and reasonable compensation.

9. If, after the start of the package, it is not possible to provide a significant part of the  package travel services in the agreed manner, other suitable services must be offered to  the traveler at no additional cost. If the services are not provided in accordance with the  contract and the non-conformity significantly affects the provision of the package travel  services and the tour operator has not remedied the non-conformity, the traveler may  cancel the package travel contract without paying compensation.

10. The traveler has the right to a reduction in the travel fee and/or compensation for damage  if travel services are not provided or are provided improperly.

11. The tour operator must provide assistance if a traveler gets into difficulty.

12. If the tour operator or, in some Member States, the retailer is unable to fulfil its  obligations under the contract due to insolvency, the amounts paid shall be refunded. If,  after the start of the package, it becomes apparent that the tour operator or, where  applicable, the retailer is unable to fulfil its obligations under the contract due to  insolvency, and the package includes the carriage of travelers, the traveler shall be  transported to the place of departure or another agreed place. MN Projekt Partner OÜ  has a guarantee with AS Swedbank. The traveler may contact the company AS Swedbank (business registration number: 10060701, address: Liivalaia 34, Tallinn, Estonia,  info@swedbank.ee and telephone number: +372 6310310) or, where applicable, the  competent authority, the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Authority  ( https://ttja.ee/kontakt Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia and telephone  number: +372 620 1707) if the provision of travel services is refused due to the  insolvency of MN Projekt Partner OÜ to perform its obligations under the contract.

**Note: This guarantee does not cover contracts concluded with parties other than MN  Projekt Partner OÜ that can be performed despite the insolvency of MN Projekt Partner  OÜ to perform its obligations under the contract.**
